Excellent Razor Exceptional shave

I own many razors, they encompass the gamut. Of the more than thirty configurations I have, this is my favorite. I use a Barbarossa when I leave a handlebar mustache. But, when I want a clean shave this is my go-to razor.

  • How long have you been Wet Shaving? Not quite a year.
  • Do you prefer a Safety Razor or Straight Razor? I prefer a straight razor. Safety razors are for kids.
  • Do you prefer a Shave Soap or Cream? Soap is my preference. Creating the perfect lather is another part of the art of shaving.
  • Have You Ever Tried a Pre-Shave Oil or Lotion? I ordered some soap and another company sent me some pre-shave oil, I assume, as good will gesture. I use it if I’m just shaving and not showering also, but that is rarely the case.

Best Blade - Butcher

This is now my favorite razor. I have Dovo, Aust, a Spartacus, a Bismarck and several others. This razor was shave ready out of the box. The weight makes for a very easy shave.

Butcher Straight by Blade Grim

Nice quality and built feel good in hand ,honed it good some how it’s not giving me great shave like de razor not that smooth these is my 4 th straight tries but none of em giving me close comfortable shave like de blade

Awesome blade

This blade was actually shave ready out of the box. I have 6 other straight razors from Dovo and others. None of them were close to the Butcher out of the box.
