Good product poor labeling

It works as expected for a beard shampoo. I liked that it would lather up on my wet beard easily. Unfortunately I was unable to tell the difference between the shampoo and conditioner since they are exactly the same once out of the packaging so I just use them at the same time which is more convenient, I think, than one at a time.

Don’t really know

The products themselves worked just fine but they are not labeled independently so I don’t know which I used. One is scented and the other isn’t but once the sit in the shaving kit together they smell the same. I’ve only used them once but that is a really frustrating feature that I feel like would have been something worked out at the factory.
