If your beard balm melts during shipping, or even after you have been using it, it’s ok! This does not mean the balm is ruined. Beard balm is meant to turn to an oil when slightly heated. If this is the case, place the balm in a cool, dry location until the beard balm turns back into a solid. You can also place the balm in a refrigerator if you would like to speed up the process.
